Returns Policy

WE HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, UNLESS THE ITEM IS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS CATEGORY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO REQUESTS OUTSIDE OF THE 30-DAY WINDOW.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION, CONTAIN ALL COMPONENTS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU’LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE SUCH AS ORDER ID.

TO START A RETURN, YOU CAN CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@VNESMART.COM . IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE’LL SEND YOU A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
CERTAIN TYPES OF ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, LIKE PERISHABLE GOODS, CUSTOM PRODUCTS (SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS). WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, OR GASES. ADDITIONALY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REPLACEMENTS OF ANY AND ALL TRIMBLE AG SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. ALL SALES OF SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS ARE FINAL. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC ITEM.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GIFT CARDS.


EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES ARE TO BE EVALUATED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

THE FASTEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU HAVE, AND ONCE THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, MAKE A SEPARATE PURCHASE FOR THE NEW ITEM.


REFUNDS
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND TOO.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
