    Field-IQ Spray Control System - John Deere 4xx0 - Rate & Section Control

    Defined limitations

    High Speed Profile
    Due to the original manufactures design of the JD sprayer we cannot capture the full value of the high-speed profile. The technical reason for this is that when shifting the sprayer from range 3 to 4 the sprayer has a built in CAN based control circuit that does not allow for the pump to stay in operation. This is approximately (based on tire size, etc.) the speed range change above 22 mph.

    OEM Master switch on Hydro Handle needs to be run in the “ON” position. This switch is CAN based and cannot be interfaced to with the Field-IQ Signal Input Module (SIM).
